What you need to know about our Sales Department

We are open for both Sales and Service, however Peel Region is officially in lockdown, so as per government guidelines we are currently open by appointment only. Please set up an appointment if you would like to come in to our dealership. This will ensure that we can provide proper social distancing.

Buying your car

We are open but if you would like to come to the dealership, we ask that you set up an appointment first. You may also reserve or purchase a vehicle over the phone or online. To reserve or purchase online, simply fill out the information through our app, using the orange Buy Now button on the vehicle detail page, and submit along with your deposit. We'll confirm and review with you before finalizing the deal, and if you should choose not to complete the transaction, we won't charge your credit card.

For extra peace of mind, if you purchase a used vehicle online, there's a 2 day or 200 km return or exchange policy on vehicles up to $60,000*.

  3. Hit submit and we'll review your purchase, go over the details with you, and when you confirm you would like the vehicle, we'll do all the paperwork.

* For online purchases of used vehicles through the Carjiffi Buy Now button, there's a 2 day or 200 km refund or exchange policy on vehicles up to $60,000.* For exchanges, your purchased car must be in the exact same condition as when it was delivered, and the replacement vehicle must be at the same store location. Vehicles up to $60,000 qualify. This offer excludes vehicles that have had accessories installed such as side steps, or vehicles that have had services applied such as rustproofing. Please also note that licensing fees are not refundable.

Quick steps for Service:

  1. Book a reservation time and tell us your concerns. Call (866) 972-5423 or book online.
  2. For contactless drop-off of your car, park your car outside the drive-through bays, leave your vehicle key in our secure after-hours drop box in one of the envelopes provided, and don't forget to leave your wheel lock key out.
  3. Call to confirm you've dropped your car off and we'll keep in touch on your car's status .
  4. Pay by e-transfer or credit card over the phone.
  5. We'll disinfect the interior's hard surfaces and your car will be ready for pickup.
