Jeep Wave Customer Care Program

 

Jeep Wave is a loyalty program that gives Jeep owners extra support and benefits at no additional cost.
 

Jeep Owners Receive:

 

  • Select FREE Maintenance Services: Up to 6 FREE oil changes and tire rotations during the first 3 years of ownership.
  • Warranty Rental Assistance*: If a covered vehicle requires warranty repair and is inoperable, you're eligible for rental car assistance for up to 5 days per occurrence.
  • Trip Interruption Assistance: If your vehicle has a mechanical breakdown more than 200 km from home, you may be eligible for a daily allowance for expenses up to $100 per day. That would include expenses for hotel, meals and return transportation for up to 3 days.
  • Extended Roadside Assistance**: The Standard 24/7 Roadside Assistance coverage is extended to 5 years/100,000 km.
  • Jeep Wave Membership Transfer***: Your Jeep Wave Customer Care Plan can be transferred if you sell your vehicle***.
  • Elite Customer Service: The Jeep Wave Program features a dedicated call centre just for your needs 1-833-JEEPCAN.

 

 

Jeep Wave Eligibility

 

Jeep Wave is available with the purchase or lease of any new and unused Jeep Wagoneer, Wagoneer L, Grand Wagoneer and Grand Wagoneer L, Grand Cherokee L, Grand Cherokee, Grand Cherokee 4xe PHEV, Wrangler, Wrangler 4xe PHEV, and Gladiator models.

FAQ:

 

* Jeep Wave will contribute toward the rental if your vehicle has a defect causing the vehicle to become inoperable and must be kept overnight at an authorized FCA Canada Inc. retailer for repairs covered by your Service Contract or vehicle warranty. Even if your vehicle can be repaired the same day, rental car allowance is available for same-day warranty or contract repairs excluding maintenance.
 

** If your vehicle experiences a mechanical breakdown within the membership term limits while at least 200 kilometres from home, up to $100 per day of hotel, meals or return transportation (not including car rentals) expenses can be claimed for reimbursement, to a maximum of $300. Call Assistance Services Group toll free at 1 800 363 4869 for claim instructions.
 

*** The Jeep Wave membership may be transferred to all subsequent owners at no charge. Transfers of plan coverage must be handled by an authorized FCA Canada Inc. retailer and must be applied for within 30 days of the sale of the vehicle to the subsequent owner. It is recommended to keep your proof of vehicle maintenance for the next owner. Once a dealer transfers the Jeep Wave membership plan, the new owner will receive a welcome kit in the mail outlining the benefits and terms and conditions of the membership.
